The reorganizing Pittsburgh Episcopal Clergy Association met this past Tuesday. We had 26 folks in attendance, including our Assisting Bishop, Robert H. Johnson, who was very encouraging of the process.
We adopted a set of bylaws (adapted from the Dallas bylaws, which I think are the best), elected a six-member board, and set some interests, goals, priorities, for the coming year. The board will meet in the next couple of weeks and we'll get going on a new bank account, etc. Part of what we'll begin to talk about is NNECA 40. Hopefully we can have at least some rough information available by the time of the gathering in Anaheim.
