The Rev. Ken Beason, a Graduate of Seabury Northwestern, has been ordained 35 years; he served 26 years as Air Force chaplain - retired in 1996 as full colonel. Upon retirement took interim position as Dean at St. John's Cathedral, Spokane, WA - 1996-99. In July 2000, accepted fulltime position as rector of St.James Episcopal church in Paso Robles, CA. He retired in December 2007.

The Rev. Barry Miller has spent most of his ministry serving congregations in the specialized area of transitional ministry and is a member of the faculty of the Interim Ministry Network. Rev. Miller also provides consulting services for congregations. A graduate of The General Theological Seminary he has received certificates from The Church Development Institute and The Center for Congregational Health. Workshop: “Ministry during Transition”

The Rev. Laurie Rofinot is on the board of NNECA and co-president of the Massachusetts Episcopal Clergy Association (MECA). A priest for 22 years, Laurie has served parishes in Cambridge, Charlestown and Lincoln MA, and is currently a priest associate at St. James's in Cambridge. Workshop: Starting, Nurturing, Reviving a NNECA Assn.
The Rev. Dr. Molly Dale Smith, is President of TMEC (Transitional Ministries in the Episcopal Church) and NNECA Board Member. She has served as a trained intentional Interim Pastor since 1998 and is on the Faculty of the Interim Ministry Network. Workshop: “Ministry during Transition”
The Rev. C. Christopher Thompson, President-elect of NNECA, is Rector of Eastern Shore Chapel in Virginia Beach , Virginia . He has previously served in small, pastoral and program size churches in the Dioceses of West Virginia, Southern Ohio and Southwest Florida . Preacher at Thursday Holy Eucharist
